We make it right
Your choice: a free replacement in another scent, or a full refund to your original payment method. Damaged arrivals are always replaced free.
The small print, kept small
- The guarantee window is 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Personalized candles are covered too — if the label isn’t exactly what you approved in your proof, we’ll reprint and replace it free.
- Arrived cracked or broken? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and a replacement ships right away.
- One guarantee claim per order — we’re a small batch shop, and we trust you to be kind with it.
